Overview

Financial Analyst 1 drives forecasting and provides actionable insights by analyzing financial data for specific functions or business units, while supporting finance operations and process improvements.

What you'll do

• Analyze financial data including TB, B/S, and operational data.
• Identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operations finance initiatives.
• Automate data workflows and financial models.
• Support process improvement projects using scenario building.
• Ensure compliance with internal and SOX controls, accounting standards, and corporate policies.

What you'll need

• 1-2 years of experience in finance.
• Strong background in finance operations and controllership.
• Experience in controllership and Record to Report (R2R).
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Power Query.
• Highly skilled in US GAAP and IFRS.
• Hands-on experience in SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data.
