CA Industrial Trainee

Overview

CA Industrial Trainee in Johnson & Johnson’s Global Services (GS) hub, supporting the Global Finance team in compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and company guidelines.
• Demonstrate integrity and ethical conduct aligned with the J&J Credo.
• Support operational excellence in assigned areas such as FP&A, SOX Compliance, or Account to Report and Project Management.
• Strive for continuous improvement and process optimization in assigned areas.
• Collaborate with process SMEs and operational key contacts for cross-sector, cross-region, and cross-process alignment.
• Maintain thorough documentation and promote consistency of global standards.
• Generate innovative ideas and identify process-efficiency opportunities.

What you'll need

• Completed 1st year of Articleship in the CA course.
• Preference for a reputed CA firm and/or CA Inter cleared with a rank.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
• Open-minded and adaptable to rapid change and new technologies.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Ability to handle ambiguity and manage fluid situations pragmatically.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Digital literacy with focus on automation and intelligent tools.
• Fluency in additional languages.
