Business Partner Due Diligence Operations Analyst

Overview

Business Partner Due Diligence Operations Analyst supporting Corporate Compliance and Export Control & Sanctions with operational work for the Business Partner Due Diligence process.

What you'll do

• Clear false positives for sanctions screening, adverse media screening, and UBO screening.
• Perform continuous screening and enter business partner information, including data corrections.
• Enter business partner details into the KYBP tool and correct wrongly entered data identified during follow ups.
• Track post-completion mitigation measures, including follow ups with the business and verification of completion.
• Conduct annual sample checks within the KYPB platform and prepare samples for Corporate Compliance and Export Control & Sanctions.
• Provide technical support for tool users, including tool user creation and access support.

What you'll need

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, IT, or related courses.
• Have basic knowledge of compliance, sanctions & export control and/or labor and human rights, and environmental due diligence.
• Have 2-4 years of related work experience in compliance and export control (a plus).
• Have advanced knowledge of IT systems and databases, preferably SAP.
• Be proficient in Office 365 applications.
• Have advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Support project teams on process improvements, including KPI and quality measures.
