Equity Research Senior Associate, Communications & Infrastructure

Overview

Senior Associate supporting equity research coverage of the Communication Services & Infrastructure sector, producing investment research and advising clients with analytical insights.

What you'll do

• Produce equity research publications including earnings previews/recaps, initiation reports, and thematic notes.
• Build and enhance financial models and frameworks for covered companies and relative value analysis.
• Advise internal and external clients on sector developments in response to investment inquiries.
• Partner with the lead analyst to develop research ideas and translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Coordinate investor events such as management meetings, field trips, and industry consultant calls.
• Assess reputational and regulatory context of business decisions and maintain compliance and ethical conduct.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a knowledge-sharing research culture.

What you'll need

• 5 to 8 years of experience in equity research or closely related investment analysis.
• Solid grounding in accounting principles and financial modelling in an equity research context.
• Experience supporting senior equity research analysts in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail to manage and validate complex, multi-source financial data.
• Active FINRA licenses: SIE, Series 63, Series 86, and Series 87, or confirmed commitment to obtain and maintain them.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
