Senior Accountant

Overview

Senior Accountant role focused on FP&A support, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and KPI monitoring to inform strategic decisions.

What you'll do

• Support monthly forecast, annual budget, and long-range planning processes.
• Prepare financial reports, variance analysis, and management presentations.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights for business decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders and functional teams to understand financial drivers and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support month-end close activities from an FP&A perspective.
• Develop and maintain financial models for planning and forecasting.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Relevant FP&A or financial planning/budgeting/forecasting/management reporting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• CA/CA Inter/CMA/Inter/MBA Finance.
• Experience with Power BI, SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or other planning/reporting tools.
