Overview
Associate Finance Controller (FP&A) drives high-quality financial insights, performance management, and advanced analytics for Radiometer’s global FP&A processes.
What you'll do
- Drive performance transparency and decision support through financial insights.
- Own FP&A processes across reporting, budgeting, and forecasting cycles for accurate, timely delivery.
- Deliver performance insights using variance analysis, KPI tracking, and commentary.
- Lead Power BI and AI-enabled reporting capabilities across FP&A.
- Design Power BI dashboards to improve visibility, decision-making, and standardisation.
- Use AI tools for analytics and reporting including automated insights, anomaly detection, and predictive analysis.
- Apply AI and automation to streamline FP&A workflows and reduce manual effort in reporting and forecasting.
What you'll need
- Proven experience in FP&A, controlling, or financial analysis roles.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills (data modelling and dashboarding).
- Demonstrated ability or strong interest in applying AI tools (e.g. Copilot, predictive analytics, automation).
- Solid understanding of financial planning processes (reporting, budgeting, forecasting).
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience working in a global or matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with financial planning systems such as OneStream or similar.
- Experience with data transformation tools such as Power Query, SQL, or Python.
- AI/data science exposure (e.g. forecasting models, automation workflows, machine learning basics).
- Experience in process improvement or automation initiatives within finance.
