Associate, FP&A

Overview

Associate, FP&A supports financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for a geographical Area/Cluster, working with local finance teams and the Area CFO.

What you'll do

• Support the region’s financial planning and forecasting for timely, high-quality submissions.
• Deliver timely, accurate, and impactful management financial reports and analyses.
• Consolidate and analyze regional plans for business reviews using BPC (Planning tool).
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Support CFO and other business partners in preparation of reviews with International Leadership.
• Provide ad-hoc support on business cases and projects, including acting as backup.

What you'll need

• Master’s degree level education (MBA or CA required).
• 3-5 years of relevant finance work experience.
• Strong understanding of financial planning and reporting processes.
• Excellent analytical and system skills, with ability to use data analysis tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Cultural mobility to work with different cultures.
