Senior Finance Specialist - Reporting

Overview

Senior Finance Specialist - Reporting to support and improve the group’s Financial Reporting function in the Bangalore office.

What you'll do

• Own and review books of accounts, including prepayments, accruals, revenues, and costs across group entities.
• Own and manage periodic book closures.
• Prepare and review standalone and group financial statements and manage standalone and group audits.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting decks (MIS) for top management.
• Build financial metrics and reports with cross-functional teams to support decision-making.
• Track budget vs. actuals and provide variance analysis.

What you'll need

• Qualified CA or CMA.
• 1-3 years post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience building, owning, or significantly contributing to MIS processes.
• Expertise in spreadsheets and preparing management decks.
• Solid understanding of accounting frameworks.
• Exposure to multi-region, multi-currency setups is preferred.
