Finance Business Partner – Business Controlling

Overview

Finance Business Partner for Business Controlling, responsible for business planning, analysis, reporting, and controlling support with compliance to internal and external regulations.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end business controlling and analytical reporting (automated, semi-automated, manual, and ad-hoc).
• Support financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and baseline reviews with stakeholders.
• Analyze monthly and quarterly MIS, investigate variances, and communicate insights to management and controllers.
• Manage controlling activities including budgeting, cost control, charging mechanisms, accruals, corrections, and tax compliance.
• Review actual cost performance vs plan, identify deviations, and collaborate to implement corrective actions.
• Drive annual operating plan for the engineering and R&D center and manage budget discussions with Local Business Managers.
• Maintain transfer pricing compliance by ensuring revenue protection and cost recovery.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Controlling, Financial/Functional Controlling, and R&D Controlling.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• CA/CMAs qualification.
• Strong experience in process management, project controlling, and performance analysis.
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred) and financial planning & reporting tools.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI/automation experience is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience in industrial or GCC environments.
