Commercial Finance Business Partner (Business Controller)

Overview

Commercial Finance business partner and Business Controller for Thailand’s Crop Protection (CP) business, providing financial analysis, decision support, and regional business control.

What you'll do

• Lead financial planning and analysis for Thailand CP business across Sales, COGS, MS&D, SG&A, working capital, and credit control.
• Provide financial insights and scenario analysis to support performance management and delivery of business targets.
• Partner with senior management on strategic planning and decision-making.
• Improve cost, rebate/discount control, including visibility, ROI, and resource allocation.
• Co-own the price list and price structure process with Marketing and oversee rebate, loyalty, and trade promotion governance.
• Operate as the focal point for business controlling across Thailand entities and support group financial reporting.
• Drive transparency, consistency, and compliance aligned to Internal Control Framework, Delegation of Authority, internal audit requirements, and policies.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial business partnering role within an MNC environment.
• Audit background or CPA qualification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to produce accurate financial and management information.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and data analysis tools.
• SAP experience is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills.
• Fluent English and native-level Thai.

• Geographic scope includes Thailand and service to the Regional office under a service agreement.
