Associate – Resource management, OC RMG, Advisory

Overview

Associate role focused on resource management and workforce analytics, turning workforce data into executive-ready insights and dashboards.

What you'll do

• Design, maintain, and automate MIS reports and dashboards on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence.
• Analyze resource allocation, utilization, availability, and variance to identify actionable insights.
• Ensure end-to-end data integrity and validation across resource management systems; integrate with internal platforms.
• Partner with business unit heads and project managers to anticipate workforce needs and build capacity optimization models.
• Build advanced Excel models and use VBA macros to automate forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Create executive PowerPoint decks and data-linked templates for RM trends, forecasting, and recommendations.
• Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau and evolve analytics maturity with best practices.

What you'll need

• 4–7 years of proven expertise in advanced Excel (VBA, macros, Power Query, Power Pivot).
• Strong proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint to build leadership-grade decks.
• Knowledge of visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau (preferred).
• MBA as the education qualification required.
