Overview
Manager, Business Intelligence and Operations driving strategic analytics and reporting for clinical research operations, translating operational data into actionable insights.
What you'll do
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions.
- Own the reporting lifecycle including data validation, governance, and refreshing processes.
- Analyze operational performance to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
- Design and implement reporting automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into analytics solutions.
- Create executive-ready reports and facilitate KPI performance reviews and operational discussions.
- Ensure reporting solutions adhere to data governance standards and provide audit-ready documentation.
What you'll need
- 5-8 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, business operations, program management, or related fields.
- Proven experience developing and managing Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power Query.
- Knowledge of data governance principles, KPI development, and performance management frameworks.
- Ability to present insights to executive-level audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, analytics, information systems, engineering, computer science, data science, or a related discipline.
Nice to have
- Experience in a global, matrixed organization.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and Azure Data Services.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Relevant certifications including Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300), PMP, or Lean/Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher).
