Sr Associate Finance

Overview

The Operations Finance Senior Associate supports financial planning, analysis, reporting, and business partnering for Operations.

What you'll do

• Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for Operations Finance.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports with variance and trend analysis.
• Partner with Operations stakeholders to understand business drivers, cost trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage expense controls, cost center analysis, headcount tracking, and capital planning activities.
• Analyze actuals vs budget/forecast/prior periods and provide actionable insights on variances.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close work including accruals, journal entry review, reconciliations, and validations.
• Improve financial processes, reporting consistency, and forecast accuracy; perform ad hoc scenario modeling and business case support.

What you'll need

• Strong knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and operational performance management.
• Ability to support compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and corporate finance requirements.
• Use financial systems and reporting tools including SAP, S4 Hana, Hyperion, Anaplan, Excel, and Smartsheet.
• Use reporting tools including ChatGPT and Codex (as listed) and other standard finance platforms.
• Communicate financial results, risks, and opportunities clearly to finance leaders and business partners.
