Sr. Accounting Manager

Overview

Sr. Accounting Manager to own core accounting infrastructure for a global, post-Series B company and lead key accounting processes.

What you'll do

• Lead the GAAP close process.
• Handle consolidation and revenue recognition.
• Own financial reporting, audits, and related accounting activities.
• Manage payroll partnership, finance administration, and accounting systems.
• Work through complex accounting questions and improve accounting systems.
• Scale the finance organization through automation/AI, clear standards, and scalable processes.

• Be able to operate at both technical and operational levels.
• Experience improving financial systems.
• Ability to develop a strong team.
• Capability to continuously increase finance leverage through automation and scalable processes.
