Enterprise Product Manager

Overview

Enterprise Product Manager to optimize and evolve Workday Finance Order to Cash (OTC) IT systems at Snowflake, bridging business stakeholders and development teams through delivery and the full solution lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Optimize and strategically evolve Workday Finance OTC systems by connecting business needs to technical solutions.
• Contribute to Customer Contracts, Billing, Collections, Invoices, Settlements, and OTC period close activities.
• Lead and participate in Order Management and Billing transformation projects and large-scale operational changes.
• Collaborate with other business application owners to support business automation and data management processes.
• Provide expert input into the IT roadmap, including Workday new feature rollouts and major releases.
• Run agile scrum ceremonies using an agile methodology.
• Lead quality assurance by defining testing strategies, identifying risks, and helping create training materials and release notes; also develop and execute UAT/regression test scripts and track issue resolution.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Information Systems or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8+ years direct experience working on OTC implementations or operations as a Business Systems Analyst or Product Manager.
• Expert knowledge of Workday systems or similar ERPs (Oracle Apps, Peoplesoft, SAP) specifically in OTC modules (Quoting, Revenue, Billing, Collections).
• Experience integrating custom or 3rd-party applications with Workday or other ERPs.
• Basic working knowledge of databases, including writing SQL queries.
• Superior functional knowledge of OTC concepts including Quoting, Billing, Cash Applications, and NPI.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to adapt.
