Digital Solution Engineering Specialist

Overview

Coordinate and facilitate the development, implementation, and onboarding of digital solutions, supporting customer adoption and ongoing operations/maintenance.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and facilitate development, implementation, and onboarding of digital solutions.
• Support adoption of digital platforms/solutions in customer business environments.
• Perform software engineering tasks including development, quality engineering, testing, DevOps, cybersecurity, release, support, maintenance, and/or release management.
• Test and troubleshoot final system setup and ensure successful rollout through customer training and ongoing support.
• Ensure required resources are in place to implement software on-time and on-budget.
• Contribute to the software product roadmap by suggesting new features, functionality, and variants.

What you'll need

• 5–10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, asset management, or reliability engineering domains.
• B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Deep understanding of mechanical equipment and systems (e.g., motors, pumps, compressors, fans, turbines, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors).
• Knowledge of mechanical failure modes, degradation mechanisms, and asset lifecycle management principles.
• Experience with condition monitoring techniques (vibration analysis, thermal monitoring, acoustic emission, tribology).
• Knowledge of reliability engineering concepts (MTBF, MTTR, RCM, FMECA, risk-based approaches).
• Experience with digital transformation and Industrial IoT integration in industrial environments.
