Overview

Business Analyst role focused on bridging business requirements with technical implementation for enterprise applications, user stories, and backlog management.

What you'll do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for enterprise data and analytics.
• Create user stories, functional requirement documents (FRD), and acceptance criteria.
• Manage the product backlog and support release planning.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues across enterprise applications using logs, SQL, API responses, and configurations.
• Perform root cause analysis for production incidents and collaborate on defect validation.
• Analyze APIs (payloads, integration failures) and support integration debugging.
• Provide advanced functional support, analyze user feedback, and monitor system performance trends for improvements.

What you'll need

• 5–8 years of experience in techno-functional analysis.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, Finance, or Property Management.
• Ability to understand, review, and troubleshoot code in C# (.NET Framework/.NET Core) and/or Java/JavaScript with Angular/React.
• SQL and database experience, including Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON/XML, Postman/Swagger/OpenAPI concepts, and OAuth/API authentication.
• Familiarity with ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and strong communication/documentation skills.
