Overview
Lead enterprise-wide Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives to ensure high-quality, integrated master data across client, product, third-party, and account domains.
What you'll do
- Own and lead assigned Master Data subdomains and ensure data integrity and alignment with enterprise standards.
- Drive end-to-end data quality initiatives from profiling through root cause analysis and remediation execution.
- Perform data analysis and profiling to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities to improve accuracy and completeness.
- Define and implement data quality rules, controls, and monitoring frameworks.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to resolve data issues at source and influence process/system changes.
- Lead data governance and stewardship for critical data elements, metadata, lineage, and business rules.
What you'll need
- Advanced SQL skills to query, join, reconcile, and analyze large datasets across multiple systems.
- Experience in data profiling to identify patterns, anomalies, and data quality issues.
- Proven data quality management capability including rule definition, defect analysis, and remediation tracking.
- Solid understanding of MDM concepts such as match/merge, survivorship, golden record, and stewardship.
- Experience with data governance including metadata, lineage, and critical data element (CDE) management.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and drive resolution of data issues at source.
- Communication skills to present insights and work with business and technology stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
