R2R Associate

Overview

R2R (Record to Report) Associate responsible for end-to-end accounting work across month-end close, GL accounting, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance.

What you'll do

• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, provisions, and adjustments, and submit financial reports on time.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and validate entries for accuracy and compliance.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with required documentation.
• Process intercompany billings, settlements, and confirmations and resolve mismatches with global teams.
• Maintain fixed assets records, including capitalization/disposals and depreciation reconciliation (if applicable).
• Identify improvement opportunities and support transitions, migrations, or system enhancement projects.

What you'll need

• 6-8 years of experience in R2R/GL accounting roles.
• Knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP).
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Shared services / GBS experience preferred.
