Industrial Trainee - Finance & Accounting

Overview

Industrial Trainee for Finance & Accounting for a 6-month engagement, focused on core accounting, GST/TDS, reporting, and audit support. Semi-qualified CA (CA Inter cleared) candidates can gain hands-on experience with a finance team.

What you'll do

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Prepare and file GST returns.
• Calculate and deduct TDS and prepare and file TDS returns.
• Support statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Perform ledger reconciliations and account reviews.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and taxation regulations.

What you'll need

• Be a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter cleared) (one or both groups).
• Be currently pursuing CA internship or articleship.
• Have experience or exposure to audit, core accounting, compliance, and taxation.
• Have working knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll processing, and statutory filings.
• Be proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Have familiarity with accounting software including Tally, SAP, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
• Demonstrate strong analytical/problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Avoided company-specific; full-time conversion is stated as based on performance.
