Accounting Associate Analyst

Overview

Accounting Associate Analyst responsible for managing vendor and other payments, statutory compliance knowledge, and preparing management accounting outputs.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day vendor and other payments after invoice review.
• Initiate payments on the bank portal.
• Coordinate with the bank for addition/deletion using required documents.
• Book and monitor revenue and expenses in the accounting ERP.
• Support monthly/quarterly financial closing activities with business and accounting teams.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts, MIS, and ad-hoc reports.
• Prepare expenses reports at cost center level and escalate critical issues timely.

What you'll need

• Knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash management.
• Moral knowledge of TDS, GST, and other statutory compliances.
• Support activities until finalisation of statutory audit, transfer pricing audit, and tax audit.
• Ability to ensure appropriate financial documents and procedures are in place.
• Ability to perform other accounting-related work for the company.
