Process Associated Bill to Cash

Overview

Responsible for billing, receivables, credit and cash application activities, including reporting, reconciliation, and ledger accounting.

What you'll do

• Handle service invoicing and self-billing activities.
• Perform deduction analysis and coordinate actions with stakeholders.
• Update trackers and prepare monthly status reports.
• Coordinate and manage MEC/YEC receivables management.
• Issue credit notes and price debit notes.
• Conduct cash application, including customer payment advice posting and clearing.
• Manage credit, including sales order creation and release, and report on unapplied cash and ageing.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of work experience in accounts receivable (AR) domain.
• Hands-on experience with SAP (required).
• Maintain accounting quality aligned to target KPI and service delivery.
• Ability to account for general ledger, sub-ledger, and customer ledger.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail (required).
• Educational qualification: M.Com/semi-qualified or qualified CA/CMA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI/Tableau.
