Overview

Associate in Finance & Accounting (F&A) for I2C, handling billing/invoicing operations and customer account maintenance in a CRM.

What you'll do

• Perform billing and invoicing tasks.
• Ensure timely billing execution and billing accuracy.
• Monitor, review, and update customer details in CRM.
• Handle invoice corrections including credits and rebills.
• Respond to email queries/requests from field teams.
• Support and drive metrics.
• Update work instructions.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree option in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or Finance.
• Accounting/AR knowledge including accounts receivable management and collections.
• Experience with billing and invoicing accuracy.
• Skills related to cash application and deductions management.
• English language proficiency (Beginner - A1 stated).
• Certifications listed: Accounts Payable Certification (F-Tec) and/or CAMS, CFE, and Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
