Associate - F&A - I2C 5A

Overview

Associate role in Finance & Accounting (F&A) focused on Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) processes, including billing, invoicing accuracy, CRM customer updates, and invoice correction handling.

What you'll do

• Execute timely billing and ensure billing accuracy.
• Monitor, review, and update customer details in the CRM.
• Handle invoice corrections including credits and rebills.
• Respond to email queries/requests from field teams.
• Support and drive relevant metrics.
• Update work instructions.

What you'll need

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or Finance.
• Work with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Have knowledge of Accounts Receivable collection.
• Have cash application experience.
• Use English at an intermediate (B1) proficiency level.
• Hold an Accounts Payable certification such as F-Tec, CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist), PSIB, CFE, or relevant finance modeling/valuation or Power BI Data Analyst associate certification as listed.
