Overview

Associate role in Finance & Accounting (F&A) focused on I2C, handling billing, invoicing, customer data updates, and invoice corrections.

What you'll do

• Execute timely billing and ensure billing accuracy.
• Monitor, review, and update customer details in CRM.
• Process invoice corrections including credits and rebills.
• Respond to email queries/requests from field teams.
• Support and drive performance metrics.
• Update work instructions.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or Finance.
• Accounting knowledge including Accounts Receivable (AR), AR collection, and AR management (ARM).
• Experience with cash application and collections management.
• Intermediate English (B1) proficiency.
• Accounts payable domain alignment (Accounts Payable, as listed under required skills).
