Senior Accountant- Accounts Receivable

Overview

Senior Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to own global collections, handle escalations, and improve AR inflow forecasting accuracy.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end collections efforts across global entities.
• Act as the escalation point for high-value or sensitive customer accounts.
• Assign collections tasks in NetSuite and oversee follow-up status.
• Drive the 13-week rolling cash inflow forecast with Treasury inputs.
• Oversee AR shared inbox workflow, triage queries, and ensure timely responses.
• Conduct daily and month-end cash application reviews and weekly unapplied cash follow-ups.
• Monitor dunning automation, review AR aging, and manage credit memo creation and approval coordination.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, including global collections.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite.
• Hands-on experience with dunning tools and forecasting processes.
• Proven ability to manage escalations and communicate with stakeholders.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills including pivot tables and trend/variance analysis.
• High organization and detail-orientation with execution under tight timelines.
