Process Associate - I2C

Overview

Process Associate / Process Developer for Invoice to Cash (I2C) under F&A, supporting billing, invoicing, customer data updates, and related invoice correction and metrics.

What you'll do

• Handle billing and invoicing activities.
• Ensure timely billing execution and billing accuracy.
• Monitor and update customer details in CRM.
• Process invoice corrections, credits, and rebills.
• Respond to email queries/requests from field teams.
• Support and drive defined metrics.
• Update work instructions.

What you'll need

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or Finance.
• Possess professional certifications including Accounts Payable Certification (F-TecF-Tec).
• Have certification options such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist).
• Have certification such as CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner).
• Have Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
• Demonstrate required skills in Accounting, Accounts Receivable (AR), cash application, collections management, deductions management, and related areas.
• English proficiency at Advanced level (C1).
