Overview

Order to Cash Operations Associate aligned with Finance Operations, supporting financial outcomes through operational data collection, transaction reconciliation, cash application, and end-to-end cash collection activities.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, perform analysis, and reconcile transactions.
• Support working capital optimization with visibility into revenue and cash flow.
• Streamline billing processes across inquiry to delivery and invoicing.
• Process cash application queries and coordinate with customers on cash applications.
• Reconcile unapplied cash and suspense accounts in cash application, from payment receipt to finalization.
• Support end-to-end cash collection from order receipt through credit authorization, collections, and revenue assurance.

What you'll need

• Primary skill: Order to Cash (OTC).
• Experience: 1 to 3 years.
• Qualification: BCom.
• Solve routine problems using precedent and general guidelines.
• Have interactions within own team and direct supervisor.
• Work may involve rotational shifts.
