Lead Associate - Operations (Order To Cash - Billing) (Australian Shifts) - Thane - WFO

Overview

Lead Associate in Order To Cash (Billing) focused on cash application, reconciliation, AR management, and dispute handling with Australian shifts.

What you'll do

• Manage and solve customer disputes with proper customer communication.
• Perform cash application and address cash application issues with follow-ups for missing documentation and remittances.
• Support bankruptcy cases with the legal department and coordinate with Recovery and Fraud teams.
• Close financial statements monthly and support compliance reporting and internal controls.
• Interface with OTC regional/global teams and local/regional finance teams for reporting and posting requirements.
• Prepare collection and metric reports and use collection methods to maximize cash flow and reduce aged debt.
• Provide backup explanations of AR balances to internal and external auditors and drive continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• 2–4 years of experience in OTC.
• Fluent English knowledge (spoken and written) is a must.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel (Access mentioned).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business (preferred but not required) plus B.Com/M.Com or above.
• Strong oral, written, interpersonal communication and analytical/problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in SAP is preferred.
