What you'll do

• Analyze credit information to set customers’ credit limits.
• Counsel and negotiate with customers to improve financial controls and payment schedules.
• Suggest sources of working capital and set up special credit arrangements.
• Plan credit restriction and collection tactics for risky or slow-pay accounts.
• Collect outstanding receivables in line with terms and conditions of sale.
