Associate Accountant Accounts Receivable

Overview

Associate Accountant for Accounts Receivable, focused on managing billing, collections, and reconciliations to keep customer receivables timely and records accurate.

What you'll do

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable ageing reports and identify delinquent accounts.
• Execute collection activities to recover outstanding payments.
• Conduct customer follow-ups via Teams, Zoom, email, and other channels.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with sales and customer service.
• Maintain collection records including interactions, payment commitments, adjustments, and write-offs/allowances.
• Reconcile remittance advice with the Cash Application Team and report on outstanding invoices and collection KPIs.

What you'll need

• BCOM or MCOM from a reputed college.
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience in accounts receivable collections or a similar role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
• Detail-oriented analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Looker.
• Knowledge of accounting practices and experience with Oracle R12 and Oracle Fusion.
