Overview

Associate in Finance & Accounting (I2C) focused on billing, invoicing, CRM customer data updates, invoice corrections, handling field team queries, and supporting metrics.

What you'll do

• Handle billing and invoicing execution.
• Ensure billing timeliness and billing accuracy.
• Monitor, review, and update customer details in CRM.
• Process invoice corrections, including credits and rebills.
• Respond to emails/queries from field teams.
• Support and drive metrics activities.
• Update work instructions.

What you'll need

• Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or Finance.
• Required domain skills in Accounting and Accounts Receivable (AR) including collection and management.
• Experience/skills in cash application and deductions management.
• Certifications: Accounts Payable Certification - F-Tec.
• Language: English (required) with proficiency level A2 (Elementary).
• Shift: Evening (India).
