Overview

Associate role in F&A (I2C) focused on billing, invoicing accuracy, and accounts receivable support.

What you'll do

• Perform billing and invoicing activities.
• Ensure timely billing execution and billing accuracy.
• Monitor, review, and update customer details in CRM.
• Handle invoice corrections including credits and rebills.
• Respond to email queries/requests from field teams.
• Support and drive metrics.
• Update work instructions.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s qualification in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or Finance.
• Experience/skills in Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable Collection and Accounts Receivable Management (ARM).
• Knowledge of cash application, collections management, and deductions management.
• English proficiency at Upper Intermediate (B2).
• Relevant certifications listed in the posting (e.g., Accounts Payable Certification, CAMS, CFE, or Power BI Data Analyst Associate).
