Accounts Receivable Associate - NAM

Overview

The Accounts Receivable Associate (ARA) manages client payment reconciliation, cash application, supplier payments, and monthly accounting/tax reporting for Programs.

What you'll do

• Receive and reconcile client payments to invoices using VMS technology for each program.
• Ensure supplier payments are remitted timely and accurately.
• Summarize consolidated invoices in preparation for monthly accounting/tax processes.
• Prepare supplier payment distributions and send them to the accounts payable department.
• Apply customer payments to PeopleSoft invoices.
• Manage accounts receivable aging and communicate about past due invoices to PMOs.
• Administer, audit, and reconcile tax-related processes and issues.

What you'll need

• 1-4 years of experience.
• BA/BS degree in business or accounting (preferred).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and work ethic.
• Attention to detail and passion for quality.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and multi-task, work independently, and as part of a team.
