Billing and Revenue Associate

Overview

Billing and Revenue Associate responsible for administering and validating sales contracts, supporting revenue recognition, and setting billing schedules within Global Finance Operations.

What you'll do

• Administer, evaluate, and validate sales contracts to enable accurate revenue recognition and billing schedule setup.
• Coordinate contract and order processing with Client Sales teams across the region.
• Collaborate with Client Service teams to ensure billing and revenue activities comply with US GAAP and statutory regulations.
• Support deliverables such as customer invoicing, credit management, and Accounts Receivable management with BASES Global Controlling.
• Manage billing runs and period closing, including revenue recognition and reconciliations of accruals and provisions.
• Identify and recommend process improvements and align revenue-related activities with FP&A and Consolidation teams.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting focused on billing, revenue recognition, and US GAAP compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA or CFA (must).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills working with complex financial data and contracts.
