Overview

Order to Cash Operations New Associate supporting Finance Operations with cash application, transaction reconciliation, and end-to-end cash collection processes.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports to determine financial outcomes.
• Conduct analysis and reconcile transactions.
• Optimize working capital and provide real-time visibility into revenue and cash flow.
• Streamline billing processes from customer inquiry through sales order, delivery, and invoicing.
• Process cash application queries and coordinate with customers on cash applications.
• Handle unapplied cash reconciliation in the cash application suspense account and process from payment receipt to finalization.
• Support end-to-end cash collection activities from credit authorization to collections and revenue assurance.

What you'll need

• Primary skill: Order to Cash (OTC).
• Experience: 0 to 1 years.
• Qualification: BCom.
• Must solve routine problems using precedent and general guidelines.
• Work with primary interaction within your own team and a direct supervisor.
• Make decisions that impact your own work closely supervised.
• Follow detailed instructions for tasks.
