Order to Cash Operations Associate aligned with Finance Operations, supporting order-to-cash processes by collecting operational data, analyzing outcomes, and reconciling transactions.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports to help determine financial outcomes.
• Conduct analysis and reconcile transactions.
• Optimize working capital and provide real-time visibility on revenue and cash flow.
• Streamline billing processes.
• Handle cash application and related queries in cash application processing.
• Perform unapplied cash reconciliation and process suspense account cash application items.
• Support end-to-end cash collection from order receipt and credit authorization through collections and revenue assurance.

What you'll need

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Primary skill in Order to Cash (OTC).
• BCom qualification.
• Ability to act as an individual contributor within a team with a predetermined scope.
• Ability to solve routine problems using precedent and general guidelines.
• Good understanding of cash application processes from payment receipt to finalization.
