COO, Associate, Investment Banking Division

Overview

COO role in the Investment Banking / Capital Markets division, supporting senior COO teams with strategic decision-making, operational process optimization, and management reporting.

What you'll do

• Prepare reports and analyses on division performance, competitive landscape, and key market trends for senior management.
• Manage and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly business updates to senior leaders.
• Construct strategic presentations delivered by senior executives.
• Execute divisional projects focused on regulatory, risk, technology, and compliance matters.
• Support operational process optimization and provide metrics & reporting for the business.
• Liaise and collaborate with other COO groups globally.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• MBA/PGDM (Finance) or BSc/MSc in a quantitative/finance degree (e.g., Finance, Economics and Engineering).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel formulas and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with comfort using financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global teams and senior management.
