Overview
IMS Specialist I (Clinical Operations) to handle investigator and grant payment processing and financial reconciliation for clinical projects in Gurugram (office based).
What you'll do
- Manage investigator payments using IMPACT and Medidata with a focus on data accuracy.
- Process grant payments via Accounts Payable and reconcile funding with global project teams.
- Collaborate with clinical operations, project management, A/P, A/R, and contracts to track project finances.
- Review and interpret Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) to ensure payments follow contractual terms.
- Perform Excel-based grant tracking, cost entries, and invoice reviews.
- Support forecasting, financial analysis, sponsor invoicing, and follow up on invoice discrepancies.
- Prepare financial reports for audits, compliance, and stakeholders; assist with audits and train junior team members.
What you'll need
- 1-2 years of relevant industry exposure, or be a fresher with good English communication skills.
- Experience with invoice processing and data reconciliation.
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and handling financial data.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
