Histology LIMS Technical Support

Overview

Histology LIMS Technical Support sets up, maintains, and provides quality oversight of pathology studies within laboratory systems, ensuring study requirements are correctly implemented across platforms.

What you'll do

• Perform study setup and maintenance in laboratory systems, including PSI loading and study modifications.
• Review study documentation to ensure accurate system configuration (SOWs, PRFs, worksheets, amendments).
• Run quality control checks on study setups and updates before implementation.
• Maintain study documentation, trackers, and records for traceability and compliance.
• Manage study amendments and ensure updates are implemented consistently across systems and documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve study setup issues and discrepancies.
• Support audits, inspections, Quality Events, CAPAs, and effectiveness checks.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Laboratory Sciences, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in laboratory operations, study setup, project coordination, pathology services, or related field.
• Preferred experience with pathology or histology workflows.
• Experience with laboratory systems such as Envision, Zavacor, LIMS, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), or regulated laboratory quality systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with process-driven documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data management tools.

Details

• Work schedule: Remote-based, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.
• Employment: 1-year fixed-term role.
