Community Executive

Overview

Community Executive for JLL’s Property and Asset Management team in Hyderabad. You will be the client-site point of contact for guest/tenant needs, feedback, and service-issue handling.

What you'll do

• Interact with guests/tenants to address needs and maintain public relations.
• Coordinate with other departments and collect/send feedback for service improvements.
• Take ownership of requests/complaints and ensure resolution within TAT.
• Conduct daily premises rounds and report lapses/observations to the relevant team.
• Run customer feedback surveys and share reports with client/management.
• Support emergencies per JLL policies and contact proper authorities when needed.
• Handle calls/emails and ensure complaint closure through communication to stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 1–2 years of hospitality work experience, or 2–3 years in client/customer service roles.
• Fluency in English and Hindi for communication.
• Flexibility to work in flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic understanding of computers, mobile applications, and MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).

Details

• Work mode: On-site (Hyderabad, TS).
• Reports to the Customer Relation Manager / Property Manager as per site.
• Scheduled weekly hours: 48.
• Only FEMALE candidates preferred.
