What you'll do

• Resolve customer queries/issues efficiently across multiple communication channels.
• Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and supporting client requests accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales, operations, risk management, compliance, and collections teams.
• Support internal teams in business operations functions as needed.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to customer care.
• Enhance bank digital capabilities when current technology cannot yet support needs.

What you'll need

• Graduate as the minimum qualification required.
• Ability to communicate sensitive or difficult information to customers.
• Handle sensitive or complex information (stated as desirable skills).
• Knowledge of banking operations, compliance, and risk management processes (desirable).

Nice to have

• International contact centre and voice experience preferred.
