Office Operations Associate

Overview

Office Operations Associate for Datadog’s Operations team in Bangalore, supporting day-to-day office operations and employee safety, happiness, and productivity.

What you'll do

• Welcome visitors and support employees in the office.
• Own daily floor walkthroughs to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for in-office needs and service tickets.
• Partner with the Security team to help implement safety protocols.
• Coordinate with vendor partners to keep the office stocked with food, snacks, and pantry supplies.
• Maintain office-supply inventory and restock as needed.
• Arrange employee events on a monthly cadence and as needed.

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a rapidly growing, fast-paced company.
• Empathetic, friendly demeanor.
• Ability to solve problems and improve processes.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
