Overview

Customer service role supporting On-Trade, Take Home Trade, and Route To Market beverage alcohol proposition and Consumer Care in GB and Geo.

What you'll do

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure supply to support customer satisfaction.
• Build relationships that maximize value in customer/consumer interactions.
• Own customer/consumer queries and issues and act as the first point of escalation for resolution.
• Collaborate with Supply, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Quality colleagues.

What you'll need

• Graduation in any field.
• At least 6 months customer service experience in a busy customer service role.
• Knowledge of SAP and SalesForce/CRM tools is an advantage.
