Sales Engineer

Overview

Sales Engineer role supporting bids and sales for parcel and warehouse sortation systems, working closely with sales and specialist teams to prepare deliverables.

What you'll do

• Understand system flows and customer processes for parcel and warehouse sortation systems.
• Work with the Sales Engineer/Bid Manager during pre-bid, bid, and closing phases.
• Ensure the project sales strategy is reflected in sales deliverables.
• Prepare sales documentation, including pre-qualification documents.
• Prepare compliance matrices for tenders.
• Consult specialists globally to compare and analyze requirements against internal standards.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in project sales/proposal making in an engineering-based/material handling company.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Instrumentation).
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
• Proven customer interaction experience via presenting or workshops (preferred).
• Good understanding of technical & commercial topics.
