Overview

Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager / Project Engineer for civil construction projects across commercial, industrial, residential, hospitality, and mixed-use sectors.

What you'll do

• Lead and set direction for the project with overall accountability.
• Deliver designated projects within timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Assess client requirements and strategize implementation for constructability, quality, cost, and time.
• Develop and implement procurement, execution, and control strategies.
• Coordinate project design review meetings and manage multiple stakeholder teams.
• Monitor/controlling project execution, manage risk, and oversee project closeout documentation.

What you'll need

• B.E. Civil degree.
• 12–15 years & above of relevant experience.
• Evidence of end-to-end institutional/university/residential infra works projects.
• Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works.
• Strong organizational and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
