Overview

Specialist, Engineering Services role combining business development, bid/proposal management, and architectural design coordination for JLL’s Project & Development Services.

What you'll do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in development consulting, project management, and program management services.
• Manage bid and proposal processes from opportunity qualification through submission.
• Coordinate proposal content inputs from technical specialists, project managers, and subject matter experts.
• Serve as a central coordination point across business development, technical delivery, legal, finance, and leadership teams for proposals.
• Maintain design document registers, drawing schedules, and version control for architectural documents.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design meetings and support clash detection using BIM tools.

What you'll need

• 3-7 years of combined experience in architecture, design coordination, and/or business development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture/Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Proven design coordination experience on commercial, mixed-use, or institutional projects.
• Experience in bid management, proposal development, or business development activities.
• Proficiency in architectural software and rendering platforms (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM platforms).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for proposals and presentations.
