Senior Project Manager

Overview

Senior Project Manager in Amtech’s Professional Services team, responsible for leading customer implementations and internal initiatives with delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

What you'll do

• Lead delivery of multiple customer implementation projects.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Execute project activities using Amtech’s implementation methodology.
• Facilitate project meetings and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with timely resolution and communication.
• Provide regular project status reporting and forecast hours, resources, and schedules.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of professional services, project management, software implementation, or technology delivery experience.
• Success managing complex customer-facing projects.
• Experience leading geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Leadership ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
• Experience implementing ERP, MES, manufacturing, packaging, printing, or supply chain software solutions.
• Familiarity with SaaS and enterprise software delivery methodologies.
