Overview
Technical Project Manager role overseeing delivery of multiple technology projects within the technology organization, partnering with product and cross-functional engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Partner day-to-day with product management.
- Plan and oversee multiple technology projects aligned to overall timelines.
- Manage dependencies and support PMO governance and ceremonies.
- Develop project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Lead and manage project teams and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and maintain project documentation and status reports.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.
What you'll need
- 8+ years managing technology projects of increasing complexity.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices including Waterfall, Agile, and SAFe.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies including Scrum, plus mentoring and upskilling teams in Agile.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Airtable.
- Experience working with technical teams including software engineers and quality analysts.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles and software development methodologies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant experience.
