Technology Management - Executive Director - CDRR

Overview

Technology Risk & Controls Program Manager responsible for delivering new capability by managing program projects/workstreams for strategic CDRR initiatives.

What you'll do

• Deliver the new capability by managing program projects/workstreams on behalf of the Program Director.
• Manage program finances, including budgeting, monitoring expenditure and costs, and realized financial benefits.
• Plan and track overall program progress, resolve issues, and initiate corrective actions.
• Ensure outputs are delivered on time, within cost, and at the required quality level.
• Manage program risks and report progress on a regular cadence.
• Produce and maintain the Program Charter and coordinate steering committee deck drafting.

What you'll need

• At least 10 years of demonstrable project management experience.
• At least 3 years at program manager level.
• Experience leading change in a risk, controls, compliance, and cyber environment.
• Experience leading projects/programs using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Strong project/program management skills in an agile working environment.
• Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
